1. Definitions and Applicability

2. Account Registration and Membership
To open an account on g777, you must provide accurate and complete information — including your full name, a valid mobile number, correct date of birth and an active email address. Opening an account with false or incorrect information is prohibited and such accounts may be closed at any time.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address or payment method also fall under the single account policy.
2.2 Password and Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the g777 support team immediately. g777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a lost or stolen password.
2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Transferring, selling or renting your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. An account always remains the property of the registered individual.
3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
Age limit: All services on g777 are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the services.
g777 may at any time request identity verification documents from members — such as a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.
The name on the account must match the name on the payment method. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited — all transactions must be made through a method registered in the account holder's name.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals on g777 can be made using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).
4.1 Minimum Amounts

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The wagering requirements on any active bonus must be met before making a withdrawal. In cases of incomplete wagering, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled, but the original deposited amount can still be withdrawn. Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time — wait for one request to be processed before submitting the next.
4.3 Transaction Verification
For unusual or suspicious transactions, g777 may request additional verification. If money laundering or fraudulent transactions are identified, the associated balance will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
g777 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and these should be read carefully before claiming.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.
5.2 Other Promotions
Various promotions run on a regular basis, including weekly reloads, slot bonuses, special offers for the cricket section and birthday rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If a member attempts to earn bonuses by opening multiple accounts, using third-party funds or any other manipulation with the intent of exploiting bonus offers, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
6. Game and Betting Rules
All games available on g777 — slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket and football betting — are operated following internationally recognised rules. Each game has its own rules, RTP and return rate, which are displayed within the game interface.
6.1 Technical Errors
If a game result is voided due to a server outage, network issue or software error, the corresponding bet amount will be refunded. However, any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error will not be paid out.
6.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting — taking Team A and Team B as an example — bets may be changed or cancelled up until the match begins. In live betting, a bet once accepted cannot be changed. Payouts will be made based on official results.
6.3 VIP Program
Based on regular play, members can advance through three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each level offers weekly cashback: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver and up to 1.5% at Gold. This cashback is paid at a set rate on the week's net losses.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g777 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Playing games or placing bets using any kind of bot, automated software or artificial intelligence
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
- Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's servers, databases or networks
- Creating multiple accounts with the intent of claiming promotional offers
- Operating an account using another person's identity
- Attempting to launder money through the platform
- Fraudulent arrangements or collusion with other members
- Any kind of chargeback against the platform or other members
8. Account Suspension and Closure
g777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Providing false or incomplete information
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
- Operating an account from a restricted country or region
- At the member's own request to close the account
- To apply a self-exclusion policy under responsible gaming

11. Changes and Amendments to Terms
